Design Intent
The design approach to the complex integrates primarily a certain geometric sensibility in terms of inter relation between solid-transparency, recess-projection, as forces that generate a dynamic condition. The façade of the shopping centre is conceived as a crystallization of the implicit fields of movement that exist around the site.

Process
A grid was super imposed that gradually changed its angle of intersection with the perpendicular was super imposed on the facades wherein each face generated by the grid adhered to a rule of recess and projection to give a dynamic geometrical skin.
