Brief
The client approached us with a faint idea of a farm house which should demand
a non-conventional pattern of experiencing the different spaces.

Design Intent
The overall spatial organization is treated as a three-dimensional
journey along the main volume that bifurcates into rooms to offer privacy.
The circulation spine in the linear mass offers mystery by allowing natural
light to be cast on the interior surfaces through the slits in the fractal
roof.

Process
The project was realized with a dialectical relationship between the
digital model on one side and more traditional modes of architectural
representation ie.plans,sections on the other.
This interaction allowed the formal research to ‘unfold’ dynamic conditions of perception and hints of mystery.
The cross sections were generated by slicing the digital 3D model and then refining the individual spaces.
